Tropical Garden Lounge Hotel & Resort is situated in the quiet area of Koh Samui, called Maenam, only about 15 minutes drive from the Airport and almost in the middle to both piers for boats to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao.
The Hotel is nestled on the hillside of Maenam and has therefore a slightly uphill environment. As it lies about 70 meters behind the mainroad it is very quiet and no noise from cars and trucks can be heard all day and night.
Taxis, Pick-up taxis (Songthaew) and Motorbike taxis are widely availabe for excursions around the island.
The easist way to explore the Island is to rent a motorbike. Its cheap and easy to drive around the island.
Chaweng ist the place to be for nightlife, shopping and parties and its only 10 minutes away from the Hotel.
We offer a daily shuttle service to chaweng in the evening for 50 Baht per way and person only.
There are many stylish Restaurants around Maenam and Bophut as well. From small, typical Thai Restaurant to the most modern Gourmetrestaurant on the beach, there is something for everyone.
Fishermans Village in Bophut is only 3 Minutes away (Car or Motorbike) and offers fine Restaurants, Thai Foodstalls and stylish Bars for Sunset drinks as well as small shops for Souvenirs and other goods.
