We are taking our social responsibility serious and try to give our staff a good, safe working environment. In a country like Thailand is that easier said then done, sometimes.
So we try together with our employees to work on better and for Thailand abover average working conditions. All our employees are already social insured with the governement run social security office. The benefits are free medical services in local hospitals, unemployment benefits, pensions after 65 years old, payments on birth and much more.
Additionally our staff benefits from cheaper living (flats), free Food at our restaurant while working as well as further discounts from us and from our partners. All our staff get paid day off, holidays and public holidays.
