Tropical Garden Lounge Hotel & Resort is since 2007 on Samui Island in southern Thailand. At that time, the hotel was closed and we started operations.
In the meanwhile we have refurbished many of your Bungalows, featuring now new Bathrooms and new appliances such as Air Conditions, Kettles and Lamps.
Additionally we built a new Pool Bar and a new Lounge for Entertainment and relaxing, close to our Front Desk. The Pool as been completely renovated in 2010.
Other services have been added too: Coverage with Wireless Internet Access, Services such as Tour- and Ticket bookings have been improved and own Motorbikes for rental guarantee good availability and cheaper rental rates.
We did not have any changes in employees since 2010. Even if not all of our Employees do not speak English well, they are trying to help our guests as best as they can. And this works out fine, almost every time. And if this is not possible, one of us from the Management speaks German, English, French as well as a bit of Italian and Spanish.

For the near future, mainly in 2011 and 2012, we have some more improvements planned: The rest of the Bungalows will be refurbished and fitted with new Bathrooms. A new Homepage with new online booking engine has already been realised.
Currently we are working on rainwater channels to avoid property floodings like we had them in 2010 and 2011. Both roads around the property will be fitted with rainwater channels to fetch the water from the mountain and "guide" it safely out of the property. This will make sure that the property grounds and the kitchen will not be flooded and the roads will not be washed out.
